Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Yamaha Marine Hub. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, below are the conditions, timeframes, and procedures for returning items and receiving refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, seals, manuals, and accessories included.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (boxes, wrapping, etc.).
Proof of purchase must be provided (order number, receipt or order confirmation).
The return request must be initiated within 90 calendar days of delivery (unless otherwise noted for specific items).
Products that are damaged, defective, or not as described are eligible for return outside of the standard 90-day window, but must be reported promptly (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions
The following are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used, altered, or installed.
Items missing tags, seals, or original packaging.
Special-order items, custom builds, or items ordered to customer specifications.
Consumables (e.g., fuel filters, oils, etc.), unless defective.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
Returns that result from buyer’s error (wrong model selected, oversight, etc.) may be accepted at the discretion of the company, possibly with restocking fee.

4. Return Procedure
Contact Customer Support:
Send an email to sales@yamahamarinehub.com (or use the contact form) to request a return. Include your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.Return Authorization (RA):
Once the return is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization number (RA) and provide instructions on how to send the item back.Shipping the Return:
Use a reliable carrier with tracking and insurance.
Pack the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
Buyer bears cost of shipping for general (non-defective) returns.
For defective/damaged items or mis-ships, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping.
Inspection & Approval:
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria (condition, packaging, etc.).
5. Refunds, Replacements, and Credits
Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receiving the item. The refund will include the cost of the item but may exclude original shipping charges (unless the return was due to our error or defect).
Replacements: If you prefer, we can send a replacement instead of a refund (depending on inventory availability).
Store Credit: In certain cases, a store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund.
Restocking Fee: For non-defective returns, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item price (if applicable), depending on condition and packaging.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, wrong, or missing parts:
Please report it within 7 days of receipt.
Provide photos of the shipped item, packaging (including exterior & interior), and any damage or missing item(s).
We will arrange for a replacement, or issue a full refund (including return shipping), depending on the situation.
7. Processing Returns from International Customers
International customers must follow the same return‐initiation process.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or wrongly shipped.
Customs duties, import/export fees, or taxes incurred during return shipping may not be refundable.
8. How Long until You Receive Your Refund
After we have received and inspected your return, refunds are usually processed within 7-14 business days.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (credit card company, bank, PayPal etc.).
