IMPORTANT – Shipping Damage Policy:
Buyers must inspect the motor at delivery. Any damage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by the driver. We advise removing all protective wrapping to fully inspect the motor before the driver leaves. Photos (on-truck and off-truck) are highly recommended for claims. The customer must retain the damaged motor for up to 2 months for inspection if a damage claim is filed.
