IMPORTANT – Shipping Damage Policy:
Upon delivery, inspect the motor immediately and thoroughly. Any damage must be clearly noted on the Bill of Lading and signed by the delivery driver. This step is required to initiate any damage claim. We recommend removing all packaging and taking photos of the motor while it’s still on the truck. Damaged items must be kept by the customer for up to 2 months in case of inspection by the carrier.
