Shipping & Damage Policy:
Freight shipping is available from our warehouse directly to your location. Please ensure someone is available to inspect the motor at the time of delivery. Remove all packaging and check for visible damage before the driver leaves. If any damage is found, note it clearly on the Bill of Lading and have it signed by the driver.
For any damage claim to be processed, email a copy of the signed Bill of Lading and include detailed photos of the motor on and off the truck. The product must be kept for up to 60 days as required by the freight carrier during damage claim processing.
